Who let the dogs out?
Barking dogs getting on your nerves? Are your neighbor’s dogs driving you to distraction? Are your dogs the barkers? Doesn’t really matter. Man’s best friend needs to be trained to give our neighborhood some peace. Protection is one thing, but incessant barking can produce an unwelcome effect on the neighbors.
