Wilderness Rim Association 2018 Election Voting is ONLINE. Voting opens on Sunday, September 9th until Saturday, September 15th.
Deadline for Voting is 11 am Saturday, September 15, 2018.
There will be an election kick-off meeting on Sunday, September 9 at 5pm where the following items will be on this year’s agenda: 1) Review and approval of 2017 Annual Meeting minutes; 2) presentation of the 2017-2018 financial statements and 2018-2019 annual budget; 3) nominations and introductions for the Board of Trustees, Architectural Review Committee, and Advisory Committee; 4) presentation and discussion of the proposed Homeowner Association (HOA) and Security Patrol assessments; 5) presentation and discussion of the proposed bylaw amendments; and 6) open discussion of member concerns. The Annual Meeting agenda will be 1) Review ballot items; 2) announcement of the election results followed by a chili cook-off.
IMPORTANT VOTING INSTRUCTIONS:
There is one ballot allowed per membership. You will be able to view the candidate profiles for each of the candidates who submitted them ONLINE when you go to vote.
To vote ONLINE, you will need the registration code located above your name on the front of the postcard mailed to members or in the email sent on Saturday, September 8, 2018.
